Kripalu’s On-Demand Program “Metta On and Off the Mat” (the “Service”) is provided via a third-party platform. Your use of the Service is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions (including the Privacy Policy) posted at: https://www.thinkific.com/terms-of-service/. THE TERMS OF USE, GUEST AND PRIVACY POLICIES POSTED WITHIN KRIPALU’S OTHER OFFERINGS AND ON ITS WEB SITE, DO NOT APPLY TO THIS SERVICE; and you should familiarize yourself with the terms cited above (“Terms of Use”) as well as the Kripalu Terms specified below, prior to using this Service. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use (or the Kripalu Terms specified below), please do not use this Service.

Of particular note:

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) as well as the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service.

KRIPALU TERMS: In addition to the Terms of Use specified above, you hereby understand and agree to the following Kripalu-specific terms:

Kripalu may use your contact information to provide the Services.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an ”as is“ and ”as available“ basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
Kripalu does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kripalu, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of the Terms of Use or Kripalu Terms, or your use of the Services.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KRIPALU, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, OR ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
